Mulch dates for 2025 - March 1st, 2025 & April 5th, 2025 This website will become next years mulch site - so save the bookmark.
First - we sincerely appreciate your support since 2014 - your generosity is supporting the scouts in our Troop & Crew based at Camp Thunderbird in Apopka. In 2023, your mulch purchases and spreading donations raised enough funds for 35 scouts to go to summer camp and/or white water high adventure trip. THANK YOU!!!
For 2024 - we have reduced the overall amount of mulch that we can deliver and spread. We have a few less scouts and we can only deliver and spread so much in a reasonable work day. So - please order early & thank you for understanding!
We carry Mini Pine Bark, Red, Organic Blend, Brown, Pine Bark Fines from the same suppliers as we started. We can also get Black mulch - but you will need to order a pallet - 50 bags or 5.5 yards - please email us. We sell mulch by the cubic yard and deliver by bags - 9 bags to the cubic yard (the bags are commercial 3 cu.ft. size - not 2 cu.ft. found at box stores).
We do cut off the Sunday before delivery and also when we run short of product. So don't wait too long to order!!!
Our delivery service is in the 32703/32712/32779 zip codes and to the front yard or by garage - a reasonable distance from the street. If you are outside these zip codes but close - we might be able to still deliver - contact us!
Due to size of some the vehicles we use - we mainly work from the street. If you want the mulch placed in the backyard, multiple locations in front yard, or have a long driveway - please give a donation to the delivery crew for the extra work involved. The scouts will go the extra mile - please reward their hard work with a donation!
Mulch Spreading
We offer spreading service. We might deliver the mulch first and then a team shows up to spread. You really need to be home for this service! Suggested donation - $20 for the first yard spread, $15 for each additional yard.
New for 2024 - you will need to email us to schedule Spreading - it is not an option in the shopping cart. We will coordinate with you and the spreading could be done on the delivery date or the week after - depending on availability. We have a fewer scouts at moment so we are trying something new this year. If you have a large spread job - we might deliver & spread at the same time.. It just depends on the requests and orders.

We have 2 delivery dates for 2024 - Saturday March 2nd and Saturday April 6th. Please press the link below for the appropriate delivery date! The link will take you to our shopping cart hosted @ Scoutsales.org. We use Square as our payment processor - they supports debit cards & credit cards. We cannot process credit cards or debit cards over the phone - this is part of the security protocol we must follow and is done with the secure website that hosts our shopping cart.
